What is PSOAS?
PSOAS (Pohjois-Suomen opiskelija-asuntosäätiö) is a non-profit foundation established in 1971 to provide affordable student housing in Oulu, Finland. Founded by the Student Union of the University of Oulu, Domus Botnica foundation, and Pohjois-Suomen oppilasasuntolat Oy, PSOAS has been serving students for over 50 years.
