Understanding Payment Timelines and Fees ⏰
To help you plan better, here’s what happens with late payments:
- First 14 days after due date: 📅
- Only penalty interest applies (charged separately biannually)
- No late fees during this grace period
- Great time to contact us if you need help!
- After 14 days: ⚠️
- Reminder bill sent with a 5 € fee
- Still time to set up a payment plan

- Regular rent payments must continue while on a payment plan
- The monthly reminder fee will be charged even if a payment plan has been agreed
- If a payment plan isn’t agreed upon or is not followed through, the debt will be assigned to the collection agency Intrum who continue the collection process. Intrum adds their own fees to the amount collected.
