The organizer of the competition will hereinafter be referred to as the “Organizer”.
Eligibility to participate, participation time and how to participate
All natural persons living in the Organizer’s apartment can participate in the competition. For persons under the age of 18, a guardian’s consent is required. The competition is ongoing until further notice. The participants fill out a Solumate form at psoas.fi/solumate. The organizer has the right to remove from the competition participants whose forms do not correspond to the nature of this competition. The winners will be raffled every six months.
Prizes – selection and announcement of winners – how the winners will be notified
The prize in PSOAS’ Solumate raffle is five (5) movie ticket packages to Movie Theatre Star. Packages will be raffled every six (6) months.
The winners of the raffle will be notified personally through contact details. Prizes can only be delivered to addresses located in Finland. If the winner cannot be reached within two weeks of the announcement of the winner, a new winner may be selected in their place. Prizes can not be refunded or converted to cash. If the prize is not available at the time of the raffle, the prize will be similar to the original.
Adoption of rules and right of amendment
By participating in this competition, entrants accept these official competition rules. The Organizer will resolve all the ambiguities regarding the application of the rules and possible ambiguities in interpretation. The Organizer of the competition reserves the right to change the rules and has the right to reject illegal or fraudulent participants from the competition. If the winner of the competition has acted in violation of these rules or otherwise unlawfully, this will result in disqualification. The Organizer has the right to exclude from the competition those who seek to abuse the competition in order to change the probabilities of the results.
Responsibility of the Organizer
The winner of the prize will release the Organizer from all liability arising or alleged to have arisen from participating in this competition or receiving the prize. The winner of the prize will release the Organizer from all liability in connection with the subsequent use of the prize or any defects occurring in it, as well as from any liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to have arisen from participating in this competition or redeeming or using the prize. However, this discharge does not affect the consumer’s rights under the Consumer Protection Act. The liability of the organizers towards the participants does not exceed the value or amount of the prize mentioned in these rules.

The name of the registry
PSOAS Solumate
Collection of data and purpose of processing personal data
PSOAS collects e-mail addresses to submit the prize for the competition. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided. Participation data will be processed anonymously.
Register protection
The collected register is stored electronically in the register of the psoas.fi website, which is not accessible to third parties. Psoas.fi always operates within the framework of Article 44 of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and the GDPR, and we also require data controllers to comply with them. Psoas.fi only transfers data to countries outside the European Union that are able to guarantee the protection of personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
The right to inspect and correct your information
You have the right to review your personal data that has been stored in our register, and the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information at any time.
The register will be kept until the end of 2026.
